In one paragraph
Smart-Board.ai is a board portal for UK small and mid-sized companies, charities and their committees. Company secretaries, chairs, directors and trustees use it to plan meetings, publish agendas, circulate approved board packs, take and approve minutes, and track decisions and actions to completion. Access is role-based and enforced at the database level, and every publication, approval, download and comment is written to an audit trail. Plans start at £100 per month for up to 5 seats, and new organisations get six months free on the full Enterprise feature set with no card required.
