Smart-Board.ai is a board portal. Company secretaries, chairs, directors and trustees use
it to plan meetings, publish agendas, circulate approved board packs, take and approve
minutes, and track decisions and actions to completion. Every publication, approval,
download and comment is recorded in an audit trail.

  lifecycle, chair or secretary approval, read receipts, and private or shared annotations.
- Secure PDF reader with comments, questions and discussion threads in-app.
- Minutes: upload-first PDF minutes with revision history and draft, out for review and
  approved states, plus independent registers for decisions and actions arising.
- Actions register with owners, due dates and automated email chasing (daily, weekly or
  monthly digests, chosen per person).
- AI board-readiness review that scores uploaded papers for board-level quality.
- Multi-company, multi-board access: members see all their boards across every company
  they serve, grouped by company.
- Role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and a full audit trail.

One subscription per organisation; unlimited meetings, board packs and storage on
every plan. Prices in GBP, excluding VAT. Annual billing costs ten months' price.

- Executive Entry — £100 per month: up to 10 people with a login, 1 board, company
  logo in the workspace, 25 pack questions a month, audit trail to view and search.
- Executive Professional — £180 per month: up to 20 people, 5 boards and committees,
  unlimited pack questions, 40 AI paper reviews a month, anonymous board evaluations,
  governance dashboard across every board, audit spreadsheet download.
- Executive Enterprise — £350 per month: up to 50 people, unlimited boards, 150 AI paper
  reviews a month, yearly governance report, company branding on emails and pack covers,
  audit evidence PDF, record-keeping periods and legal hold.

One AI review covers one paper; reviewing a pack of eight papers uses eight.

Every person with a login uses one seat. Annual billing is available. Payments are
processed by Paddle as merchant of record. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

## Free trial

Six months free on the full Enterprise feature set. No card required and no automatic
charge at the end. If the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace becomes
read-only rather than being deleted, so board records are preserved.
